Platform Rules
To maintain a respectful environment for creators and intellectual property owners, all Fan Creations submitted to ULTRA must comply with the following rules:
Free Distribution Only
All Fan Creations projects must be offered free of charge. Fan-made works may not be sold or monetized through the ULTRA platform.
Original Fan Productions
Submissions must consist of original fan-created content. Uploading or redistributing official anime episodes, manga chapters, light novels, music, voice recordings, artwork, game assets, or other copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Fan Content Policies
If the original copyright holder has published fan-content guidelines, creators are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with those policies.
Creator Responsibility
Creators retain full responsibility for the content they submit and warrant that their work does not knowingly infringe upon the rights of others.
Clear Attribution
Creators should identify the original series or intellectual property that inspired their work and clearly indicate that their project is an unofficial fan creation.
No Official Representation
Fan projects may not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval by the original copyright owner or ULTRA.
Right to Remove Content
ULTRA reserves the right to remove, disable access to, or reject any Fan Creation at its sole discretion, including in response to copyright complaints, legal requests, violations of published fan-content guidelines, or violations of these Platform Rules.
Respect for Intellectual Property
ULTRA supports original creators and intellectual property owners. The Fan Creations category exists to celebrate fandom while respecting the rights of the original creators and publishers.
