ULTRA may host four categories of content:

Public Domain Adaptations

Creative adaptations based on works that are in the public domain.
Only the underlying source material is in the public domain. Newly created artwork, scripts, music, performances, and recordings remain copyrighted by their respective creators.
Fan Creations
(❤️ Fan Creations (Free))
Fan-created projects inspired by existing intellectual property.
Fan Creations are:
Unofficial
Available free of charge
Not affiliated with or endorsed by the original copyright owners
Subject to removal if requested by the copyright owner or if they violate applicable law or published fan-content guidelines
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on ULTRA infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a copyright complaint.
Your notice should include:
Your full name
Company or organization (if applicable)
Contact email address
Description of the copyrighted work
URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing content
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, ULTRA may:

Suspend or terminate repeat infringers when appropriate
ULTRA reserves the right to remove content before completing an investigation when necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the rights of copyright owners.
Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have the legal right to distribute the material, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification should include:

Identification of the removed content

ULTRA will review each counter-notification individually and respond as appropriate under applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
ULTRA maintains a policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement.
Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may have:
Content removed
Upload privileges suspended
Accounts permanently terminated
ULTRA reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeated infringement.
Fan Creation Policy
Fan-created projects must comply with the Fan Creations Platform Rules.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that:
Their work complies with any published fan-content guidelines issued by the original copyright owner.
Their submission does not contain unauthorized copies of official content.
Their project clearly identifies itself as an unofficial fan creation.
Their work is offered free of charge through ULTRA.
ULTRA reserves the right to remove any Fan Creation at the request of a copyright owner or where the project violates this policy.
Good Faith
ULTRA respects both copyright owners and creators.
Submitting fraudulent copyright complaints, knowingly misrepresenting ownership, or abusing the reporting process may result in rejection of future notices and, where applicable, legal consequences under applicable law.
