At ULTRA, we believe great stories inspire creativity. We love seeing fans create artwork, stories, music, cosplay, audio dramas, videos, mods, and other creative works inspired by our original intellectual properties.
These Fan-Content Guidelines explain what you may create using ULTRA's original IPs.
Supported Properties
These guidelines apply only to intellectual properties owned or controlled by ULTRA and/or Global Media Bank. Examples include:

Pulse/NOIRO
Original ULTRA audio dramas
Original ULTRA audiobooks
Other original properties published by ULTRA
These guidelines do not apply to licensed properties owned by third parties.
We Encourage Fan Creativity
You are welcome to create and share fan-made works inspired by our original IPs, including:

Commercial Use
Individuals and small creator groups may monetize their fan content through advertising, platform creator programs, donations, crowdfunding, or merchandise, provided that:
Your project is clearly identified as an unofficial fan creation.
You do not claim ownership of ULTRA's intellectual property.
Your work complies with these guidelines.
Your work does not compete with official Ultra products.
ULTRA reserves the right to request changes or revoke permission for commercial fan projects that conflict with official releases or licensing activities.

Please include the following notice whenever practical:
"This is an unofficial fan-created project inspired by ULTRA's original intellectual property. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ULTRA or Global Media Bank."
What You May Not Do
You may not:
Claim your project is official.
Use ULTRA trademarks in a way that implies endorsement.
Upload or redistribute official ULTRA content without permission.
Sell official artwork, music, scripts, or recordings.
Misrepresent yourself as an employee or representative of ULTRA.

Fan Games
We welcome fan games based on ULTRA's original worlds.
Please remember:
Make it clear the game is unofficial.
Do not include official paid ULTRA assets unless they have been released for public use.
Do not distribute leaked or unreleased content.
Audio Drama & Audiobook Adaptations
Fans are welcome to create:

Character-focused episodes
Please avoid reproducing official releases verbatim. We encourage original storytelling inspired by our worlds.
AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted fan creations are permitted provided that:
They comply with these guidelines.
They do not falsely claim to be official ULTRA content.
They do not impersonate official voice actors or staff in a misleading manner.
They respect the rights of third parties.
Community Respect
We ask all creators to:
